From Our Founder

 

Years ago, as my health declined and I faced a whirlwind of tests, procedures, and pain, I found myself searching for something tangible to help me keep fighting.

 

While God was and always will be my rock, I longed for an outward symbol of strength; something that could not only encourage me but also inspire others walking similar paths. As a lifelong Florida State Seminole fan, I decided to embrace my inner warrior.

 

That’s when Warrior Braids were born; visual reminders of strength, courage, and unshakable faith in the face of chronic illness.

 

This theme of resilience and hope is woven throughout Warrior Braids Ministry and our blog, where I share my journey as a Crohn’s Warrior along with stories of other brave souls facing their own battles.
